Let me start by saying to have the most power and autonomy in our lives, we always must be grounded in reality.
But let's clear up what 'reality' means. It's not some fixed, unchangeable thing as some would have you believe.
Think of reality more like a flowing river, always changing and being reshaped by our own growth, understanding, and most importantly, by what's going on in our minds.
Sometimes what we often perceive as "reality" is actually something built on an illusion; a self-imposed cage of limitations and challenges that create boundaries on our aspirations.
