Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.

Recently I’ve been putting in a lot of effort and getting coaching to refine my skills around time and energy management.

In the process of getting my schedule and workload organized, so much hidden resistance has come up, and honestly, it’s made me quite anxious!

What I’ve been coming into discernment around is identifying what this worry is showing me.

“Anxiety” is about feeling into the future. What I’ve discovered in practicing getting grounded in the now, is that I can gain a lot of wisdom by listening and noticing what my resistance to the future is trying to tell me about what and where I’m growing into next.

Am I resisting where I’m spending my energy from a place of knowing in my gut that it’s not in alignment with the direction I want to be taking?

Or is this “resistance” I feel more related to the discomfort that comes with ascending to the next level of growth?

Mastering your energy, and having full autonomy of how you leverage time and space, is an iterative process of connecting to the abundant flow of opportunity that dwells in the present moment.

Mastering your time isn’t about trying to control the future, but rather about making the most of every “today”.

When you immerse yourself fully in what you’re doing, you’ll find that your energy flows effortlessly, productivity soars and worries about the past and future lose their grip. The key to success lies in embracing the gift of today, harnessing its energy, and channeling it into meaningful action.
